OUR TRAINING STYLE

At Body by JG we motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability.  We measure our client's strengths and weaknesses with various fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure improvements in physical fitness. 

Our Personal Training Sessions are designed to be safe, progressive and challenging. We do not train using "cookie cutter" (pre-made) workouts. Each client receives well designed, personalized training so no two programs are exactly alike.

Training Programs

At Body by JG, we have several programs that range from our Focused Training with Ab and Leg workouts to our Full Body Training with our 12 Week Transformation.

Twelve weeks may not be enough to reach all goals. If you’re someone that is motivated extrinsically, meaning you’re motivated by a wedding date, vacation, race, etc., I recommend always having something on the calendar to work towards. We, as humans, are drawn to goals like magnets! This is a powerful strategy to keep you in the game and maintaining a healthy body and lifestyle. Keep going and don’t quit!

Our 1 hr. fitness class that will help to target problem areas such as your thighs, hips, buns, and abs and to help you tone and lift where you need it most. Every Saturday morning from 9-10AM. This class is Ladies Only
