OUR TRAINING STYLE
At Body by JG we motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. We measure our client's strengths and weaknesses with various fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure improvements in physical fitness.
Our Personal Training Sessions are designed to be safe, progressive and challenging. We do not train using "cookie cutter" (pre-made) workouts. Each client receives well designed, personalized training so no two programs are exactly alike.
